PLEASE BE AWARE TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAMPING GEAR! ALSO THIS IS A CAMP WHICH MEANS NO STATIC CARAVANS ALLOWED! WE DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ON THE PITCHES WE ONLY ORGANISE THE EVENT!
These pitches are best for Tents. If you have a caravan please get a hard standing pitch!
Your tent/Caravan/ motorhome must be under 8 Meters Long!
Camp Date – 11/07/2023 for three nights

If all the tickets are sold out then please signup to our reserve list. We will be having the usual games such as tug-of-war, sack race and toasted marshmallows on the BBQ. This is another reason why static caravans are not allowed as it separates the party. With the things we plan on doing as a group is so that we can stay together as much as possible, if you would like to go off at any time and do your own thing, then this is completely ok. If you do want to go off an do your own thing at any point, please let me know ‘Craig’ so I am not looking everywhere for you.
Thursday:
Some people will be arriving this day and we plan to just chill around the site while we wait for all the others to arrive and setup camp. You may go off and do what your own thing if you want too. On the evening we will probably all end having a chill out and get to know each other around the touring caravan.
Friday
This is a day that others will be arriving, and so we plan to just chill around tahe site while we wait for all the others to arrive and setup camp. You may go off and do what ever you want to do. On the evening we will probably all end having a chill out and get to know each other around the touring caravan.
Saturday.
If the weather is nice – we will be heading off to the West bay beach for a few games, sandcastles and if you are brave enough you can have a swim. After a few hours on the beach we will head off to do some Crabbing in the harbour as this is a popular activity amongst all ages.
RAINING – we shall have breakfast and go and have as much fun in the on site pool as possible and see if the rain goes away. If the rain stays with us all day we will have to head over to the on site bar for a few beers (only to keep dry and mingle).
In the evening we will be heading to the beach for a bbq. We will be playing tug-of-war and other games until its late.
Sunday
On Sunday we have to pack up and be off site by 10 am but we must have a group photo before we all dash. ( If you would like to stay later, then speak to reception on arrival to see if anyone is on your pitch later that day.
